I will be available to you or your birthing partner 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth
Two 2-hour in-person prenatal visits. At these visits we will be:

-Discussing your birth plan, expectations, and options available to you for your labor and delivery

-Discussing and practicing comfort measures and how your birthing partner can assist during labor and delivery

-Talk about breastfeeding and your options surrounding feeding

-Discussing and planning for the postpartum term

-Addressing any other questions or concerns you and your birthing partner may have

I will be on site to support, encourage, and advocate throughout the entire labor and birth.
Immediate postpartum support.

-Staying with you at least 2 hours after birth

-Assisting with a smooth transition and recovery

-Assisting with bonding and breastfeeding
